To submit a support request ticket, please log into your Intellicig account and select "Help Desk" from your Account menu.
Here you can keep track of all your support questions and link your support tickets to your order history.
- 1. Log into your account
- 2. Select "Help Desk" from your account menu
- 3. Select the department you wish to contact
- 4. Fill out the form and click submit ticket
- 5. You will receive an email confirmation when a reply has been made
Of course, you can still choose to pick up the phone – we have a dedicated Customer Service Team ready to take your call. Your call will be logged into the system and be available on your next visit to your account area.
