Q. How do I place an order on your website?
Placing an order on Intellicig.com
Existing customers log into "Your Account" and follow from step 2.
If you are a new customer:
- 1. Create a new account
- 2. Add your items to your basket
- 3. Select checkout
- 4. Input your payment details and preferred delivery method
- 5. Your account will be updated with a tracking number (if appropriate)

We ship all orders out the same day if the order is placed before 2pm Monday – Friday.

- 3. DPD UK next working day service for a set fee of £7.00 (not available for Saturday service)
- 4. Royal Mail Saturday UK delivery is available for £10.00

We are so confident in our Intellicig product that should you not be totally happy with your purchase through this website and within 30 days of receiving it, simply return the unit by submitting a Return request to us and we will refund your purchase price less postage and package costs. We don’t expect you not to have opened or used it or to be dissatisfied which is why we are happy to offer you this guarantee! This MBG applies to the Intellicig Starter Kits and hardware items including batteries, Vapour Devices, USB and wall adapter chargers and mobile charging cases. Please note Ecopure E-liquid 10ml & 30ml bottles cannot be refunded if opened.
All of our E-cigarettes have been tested and quality control checked prior to delivery to you and come with a 30 day guarantee on all items. The vapour device,battery & USB charger are manufactured to extremely high standards and individually tested prior to final assembly at our UK Operations facility.
All are, however, consumable devices that will ultimately need replacing after a length of time, depending on usage and treatment. It is therefore impossible for us to guarantee these component parts beyond the initial 30 day period.
We strongly recommend that your Intellicig is used only with refill capsules and liquid supplied by Intellicig and that it is cleaned occasionally in accordance with the user manual supplied with each kit. ECOpure refill liquid is the purest available, produced by Intellicig within a cGMP Clean Room and using only pharmaceutical grade ingredients. Using your Intellicig with other brands of liquid can reduce the life of the components with replacement during the warranty period being therefore at our discretion.
