The purchase of products from Intelli-Cig is governed by these terms and conditions. Please read them before using the site. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Data Protection
Our policy is that we will not pass on any customer details we collect to any third party without your permission.

Descriptions
The descriptions and pictures on the website are a guide to the style and look of our products. We try to make them as accurate as possible but cannot be held responsible for minor differences. Please be aware that some products, may have sharp edges, therefore customer must be careful when handling these products.
Jurisdiction
This Contract shall be construed and governed in all respects by English Law and all disputes arising under or relating to the Contract shall be the subject of the jurisdiction of the Courts in England to which Intelli-Cig and the customer hereby submit.

Liability
To the extent allowed by the law, Intelli-Cig shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the services or products sold from or referred to on this site in the following circumstances:
 for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made
 for losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of Intelli-Cig or their suppliers for business losses and/or losses to non consumers.
 for losses or non-deliveries caused by customs, tax or any other government department of any country.

Payment
Payment is due before goods are despatched unless a credit account has been authorised by Intelli-Cig in which case payment is due 14 days from date of invoicing. Intelli-Cig reserves the right to withhold supplies and to suspend any further deliveries in the event that payment is overdue. We accept payment from the major credit and debit cards.

Prices
Prices quoted are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to alteration by Intelli-Cig without prior notice. Price amendments will only be made prior to contract. Duty and taxes will be charged at the rates prevailing at the time of despatch. Delivery and credit card charges are additional.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All information given at the time of ordering to the point of payment is collected by Intelli-Cig. This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice. The data is used to fulfill your order and for marketing campaigns. We use technology such as cookies to improve our services to customers. We do not pass your information to any third parties without your permission. PayPal our payment provider collects your payment information. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

Quality
All goods are warranted on delivery to the customer to be of the nature, substance and quality invoiced and to conform in all respects with all the appropriate statutory regulations.

Risk
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. All goods should be examined for any obvious loss or damage at the time of delivery and the necessary evidence, including the goods, retained. Intelli-Cig. accepts no liability for any loss through short delivery or damage to goods in transit unless the customer notifies us within a reasonable period after receipt of the goods.

Security
PayPal, our payment provider, uses state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against security risks.

Money Back Guarantee
We are happy to refund the full cost of the intelliCIG should you be unhappy in any way with it less any postage cost paid in delivering it to you. We are also happy to refund the cost of cartridges should you not like them or for any other reason, however this is limited to a maximum of 10 Cartridges of each flavour returned. If you wish to try cartridges please order 10 or less. Even if you have tried some of the cartridges (maximum 2 in any 10) we will still refund the full 10. If you wish to return a product you must email us within 7 days of receiving it and we will be happy to issue a returns number to you to include when you return the intelliCIG. The intelliCIG must be received back by us within 7 days of the returns number being issued.

Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Time of Order
Orders received by us before 12 noon (GMT) during working days will be normally be dispatched within 48 hours but please allow 7-10 days. Working days are Mondays to Fridays except public holidays.

Title to Goods
Property and title in the goods shall remain with Intelli-Cig and shall not pass to the customer until such time as Intelli-Cig has received payment in full of all sums due on whatsoever account.

International Shipments
Intelli-Cig makes no representation concerning the legal rights of anyone to ship or import our devices to any state. The customer is solely responsible for shipment of the device(s) and by placing an order is authorising Intelli-Cig to act on their behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the order to the selected destination. Identification may be required when the goods are delivered.
