e-Den Event – Outdoor Smoking Garden

A group of business students from Manchester Met University transformed an ordinary smoking area on campus into a quirky outdoor smoking garden.

The e-Den garden was designed using a British summer garden theme and luckily the great British weather actually cooperated for once and we were treated to some sunshine.

The e-Den garden blossomed into life with grass covered garden furniture and brightly coloured deck chairs, bunting, white picket fences and of course the star of the show – the cow of reason. The life-size cow of reason attracted students (and lots of confused looks) throughout the day, after-all who wouldn’t be interested in a cow on campus!

The garden provided a space for students to find out more about Intellicig electronic cigarettes and our experts were on hand all day to answer any questions on Intellicig products and queries about electronic cigarettes and how they work. We encouraged students to think about their own reasons for choosing e-cigarettes over tobacco cigarettes and attach them to the cow of reason. By the end of the day the cow of reason was covered in balloons with reasons attached to them.

The tasting bar gave visitors the chance to sample Intellicig products and find the right strength and flavour combination to suit their tastes. The fun custom designed garden seating area made the perfect place to relax in between lectures and was filled with students enjoying the sunshine and kicking back in one of the deckchairs.

The photo deck proved a very popular spot in the e-Den garden. With props and fancy dress items in full flow – students got the chance to post their photo booth style photos on the Intellicig Facebook page and win prizes. With the chance to win exclusive freebies and prizes for the most original photos – the photo deck was a huge success.

We loved every minute of the e-Den event and many thanks go out to the MMU students who worked extremely hard to organise the event and ensure the day was a success.
