New Returns System

The way you exchange, refund or receive replacements has now changed. All returns must be submitted through your Intellicig account either online or over the phone.
Once you submit your return and it has been authorized, you will receive an Return number.
Without a RMA number you cannot return any item back to us. (RMA stands for `Return Merchandise Authorization')


How to submit a return to Intellicig.com

  1. 1. Log into your Intellicig account
  2. 2. Select "My Returns" from your main account menu
  3. 3. Click the "Request New Return" button
  4. 4. Select the order you would like to return
  5. 5. Choose the request type from the drop down menu
  6. 6. Add any additional information if required
  7. 7. Click "Submit Request"


Once you have submitted a returns request, the status will show as "Awaiting Approval" and a member of the Intellicig support team has to approve the return request before you can return the item.

When a request has been approved the status of your return will be "Approved".

Once this has been done, simply return the items along with the issued RMA number (returns number) and we will process it for you.

You will receive email confirmation once we have exchanged/refunded or replaced the returned item.


Checking the status of a return

  1. 1. Log into your Intellicig account
  2. 2. Select "My Returns" from your main account menu
  3. 3. A full list of your submitted returns will be listed here


Different return states explained

  1. Pending Approval - Your return request has been submitted and is waiting for approval by a member of our support team.
  2. Approved - Your return has been approved. Please return your items along with your full name and RMA number (Returns number)
  3. Resolved (Cancelled) - Your return request has been cancelled.
  4. Resolved (Refunded) – Your return has been received back and a refund has been issued.
  5. Resolved (Replaced) - Your return has been received back and a replacement/exchange has been issued.
  6. Resolved (No Fault) - Your return has been received back and no fault has been found. The item will be returned back to you.
