The new Intellicig electronic cigarette website has received positive feedback with visitors finding it makes for a more user-friendly and enjoyable shopping experience. The world-renowned brand continues to thrive, but Intellicig does not rest on its laurels; already the full-time team of designer, application developer, content manager, and copy writer are busy creating further enhancements and features.
Martin Johnson, Intellicig’s E-commerce Manager, commented, “The website is a living, breathing entity that changes and grows on a daily basis, making it an exciting project to be involved with. We spent a lot of time in the planning stages so that we could analyse customer feedback and implement their suggestions where possible. We have invested in an in-house team to be able to integrate many new features and create a bespoke website. We are also able to offer that expertise to help Trading Partners set up Intellicig websites worldwide, further enhancing global brand awareness of Intellicig electronic cigarettes”.

Intellicig Chat – enables customers to chat online with one of Intellicig’s trained advisors. Intellicig has always been customer-friendly with a readily available customer service team answering calls, replying to emails, and responding to requests submitted via their online support ticket system.
